FAQ

Training bot FAQs

Is this about training an AI chatbot?

No. This assistant helps people learn: onboarding, policies and product training. It answers from your training material.

Does it replace our learning platform?

No. It works alongside it: people ask questions about the material and practice with quizzes, and your courses stay where they are.

How does it make quizzes?

From the documents you add. Ask it to quiz you on a policy and it asks questions from that policy, then explains each answer with the source.

Can it do role-play practice?

For spoken role-play, such as sales calls, see Cody Live. Assist covers questions, quizzes and summaries in chat.

Where can people use it?

In the Cody web app, through a shareable link, embedded in your intranet or site, or in Slack.
